Strategic review and offer period

On 3 October 2025 the Board of Audioboom Group plc (“Audioboom”) announced that it is undertaking a strategic review process (the “Strategic Review”) which involves the consideration of, amongst other strategic options, the potential sale of Audioboom.

On 8 June 2026, the Board announced that the Strategic Review had now concluded and the Company was no longer in an Offer Period as defined by the Takeover Code. The Board considered that the level of indicative offers received from parties undervalued the Company and its prospects, given the accelerating performance of the Company during the current financial year.
